Oil Boilers, LPG Boilers, Gas Boilers, Financed Replacement Boilers Systems
All boilers should be energy efficient. For detailed information please refer to our ECO Scheme page. Providing you qualify, you are entitled to use the 100% free boiler replacement scheme. It doesn’t matter if your boiler is an Internal or External oil boiler, a gas combi boiler, oil boiler or an LPG boiler. You can even apply if you are over 60 years of age. Funding is provided via the Government ECO2t Scheme and a qualified, Gas Safe registered boiler engineer will install your new boiler with up to 12 years warranty.
Electric Storage Heaters and Electric Heating
Equally, the same ECO2t scheme applies for all forms of storage heaters and electric heating systems. Here you will be given the alternatives to your existing heating system or you might qualify for one of the FREE Grants. (*Note: Economy 7 or 10 is needed for the new energy efficient High Heat Retention Storage heater systems.)
Insulation (Loft Insulation, Room in Roof Insulation & Cavity Wall Insulation)
Regardless of insulation, for example Cavity Wall Insulation, you might be entitled to either free cavity insulation or indeed Government Grants. If you have a “Room in the Roof” or simply need loft insulation, you should contact us today for a free consultation. All elements are covered, including converted lofts or attics. (*Note: These products are not Means tested.)
Ground & Air Source Heat Pumps. Biomass Heating
Heat pumps absorb heat from the ground or the outside air. This heat can then be used to heat radiators, underfloor heating systems, or warm air convectors and hot water in your home. There is potential income through the UK government’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).
Tariffs set the rate for your Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) payments. People who join the scheme and conform to the rules receive quarterly payments over seven years. The rates are set by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), formerly known as the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC). You can view BEIS’ budget announcements on their website.
Solar PV & Battery Storage
There are a number funding options available to have a new solar panel system installed to your property. There is also a profit scheme from the Government known as a “Feed-in-tariff” for 20 years where you can find the tariff rates available under the FIT scheme. The tariff rate tables for all installations have been determined and published in accordance with the Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012 (as amended).
Tariff rates are set by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Please find the tariff tables for the current FIT Year below in the collapsible tables, or alternatively see future tariff rates.
